How long does the training take?
Each module takes 1-2 hours to complete. You can finish the entire program in a few weeks or spread it over months — it's completely self-paced.
Can I preview the platform before paying?
Yes — take the free tour to see the training style, video quality, and module layout before you subscribe. Once you're in, the Barista Training Individual plan starts at $49.95 for the first three months, then $14.95/month.
What's the difference between Home & Enthusiast and Barista Training Individual?
Home & Enthusiast ($19.95 one-time) gives you lifetime access to the five-day Home Barista course — perfect if you want to make better coffee at home but aren't going behind a café bar. Barista Training Individual is the full professional certification with the Final Exam and the Bellissimo Certificate of Completion. Subscribing to the Individual plan also includes everything in Home & Enthusiast.
How does the team plan work?
With the Retailer plan, you get 1 owner account plus 15 employee accounts. As the owner, you can track each employee's progress through the modules and see who has completed their certification. The annual plan saves 20% and unlocks discounts on other Bellissimo workshops and consulting.
What happens when I complete the training?
After passing all required quizzes, you'll receive a certificate of completion from Bellissimo Coffee Advisors — a name trusted in the coffee industry for over 25 years.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
